Montcalm Heights Apartments

I lived in a studio appt here for a year and I have nothing but good things to say. Paying rent is easy, Matt is awesome to work with! Very quiet neighborhood! easy local access to food and fuel. I would go back for sure!

This is my first apartment so I was very careful on choosing a place to live. Matt the manager helped me through the whole process and was able to answer every question that I had. When I first moved into the apartment I was amazed how clean it was and how nice everything looked. I was also shocked how quiet all the neighbors are in which I respect a lot. I'm living here as a single person and there is plenty of room for all of my stuff. There is no assigned parking but I never have trouble… finding a spot close to the entrance I go in and I like how the apartment is located near everything. If I had to list any cons it would only be that the floors creak a little bit but it's nothing major and doesn't bother me. This is my first apartment and I have loved it. Neighbors are good - even though it’s a big building I have maintained my privacy. Mr. Matt is AWESOME. Great guy - very patient and helpful. Love my big windows to let in air and dual air conditioners. I also love the size of the bathroom and kitchen - ample storage space.

I've lived here about 10 years and all the staff are always willing to go above and beyond.Matt in the office is great,especially concerning packages deliveries as he excepts them for the whole complex.Doing this greatly helps your packages from being stolen if your not at home.The maintenance guys are also great as they respond very quickly to any problems you have at all times of the day and night.
