It’s been so refreshing moving into a place where standards are clearly held to a high level. The townhomes at 23 Prince St. are not only fully renovated and beautiful, but the amount of space is incredible. The square footage doesn’t even compare to our old three-bedroom. The property manager has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and the maintenance manager is always quick to come by whenever we need assistance. It’s clear that a lot of care is going into the property, and… we’re excited to continue seeing all of the upgrades and improvements taking place throughout the community. Tiffany, the new property manager, has been attentive and responsive from the start. After living here for a few years, it finally feels like the property is getting the attention it deserves. Since the new management took over in September, the improvements have been clear. The parking lot has been cleaned up, no more abandoned cars, and our family and friends can finally park without an issue. The property manager is responsive and easy to reach, maintenance request are handled promptly. New Management is awful, and obsessive about the parking lot. No visitors allowed to park and stay overnight , not your kids or family.( even when they aware they are not residents). She Threatens young adults/ family members that they will be towed if they park in the EMPTY parking lot.
New renters pay 1000$ more a month , has cameras all over monitoring who is taking out the garbage. Can’t wait to move out. Many prior tenants have been here 20+ years and are leaving.
