Residence at the Dior

We moved in since the end of July. The management company that runs these apartments is unfortunately incompetent. There is a lack of communication and professionalism.

We were promised one reserved parking space which end up being a lie, full size washer and dryer, which are lies as well. The tenants' contracts and personal information were forwarded to all the tenants. No apologies, no explanations.

Some workers came in the apt without any noticed beforehand nor did the leave a note....

What more? We had to fight to get the address of these apartments to be corrected as our voting registration got denied as we were giving the commercial address. When the residential address was finally corrected, the decal on the mailroom still has not changed. Therefore, our deliveries keep on being sent back to the senders or delivered elsewhere, or keep on receiving calls from deliveries during unavailable times instead of being dropped off in the dedicated mailroom.

I recently moved here and the building is nice and has covered parking. The buildings operations are certainly lacking. Only 1 elevator works, the intercom for the building does not work so you can't buzz people in, I have been unable to get any maintenance requests resolved (that were should have been resolved before I moved in), I have been ignored by the management team multiple times. The building has now been open for tenants to live in for several months.
