Apartment not as advertised and among the worst experiences. No parking is available and they will lie to say it will be in a month or two. Handicap buttons in garage are not functional. Unresponsive and unhelpful property managers. Stolen packages and trash/clothes frequently left in the lobby.

First Studio
This was my first studio apartment and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The apartment is beautiful and modern and with washer and dryer in unit, one of the most affordable options you'll find in Boston. Great location being right across the street from the Ashmont train station with a cute coffee shop across the street, and a park/bike trail a 15 minute walk away. Management is wonderful and has always gotten back to me within 24 hours. I love this place and will most likely renew... for a 3rd year!

Overpriced
It is nice, but is really overpriced for the size of the units and the location. Management could use some improvement...
