It has been a good experience so far. Community has been nice and quiet so far. We are very happy with the maintenance on site as they helped us mount our TV and also was very quick and friendly. Looking forward to spending some time in lounge and pool this summer.

Having lived here almost 4 years now I notice the difference in management. Management and staff is a constant change and things take forever to get fixed or just don’t get fixed. Residents don’t take care of the property which has only been only since 2019, but you’d think it’s been 10 years because of the awful upkeep.

Living at the union house has been a mostly great experience. The building itself is modern, the location is super convenient, and I’ve really enjoyed having access to the amenities. It’s nice to have a gym and a lounge space right in the building it definitely adds to the sense of community and convenience. That being said, there are a few things that could be better. The gym is nice to have, but the selection of machines is pretty limited, which can make it tough to get a full workout in. Also... , the TVs in the lounge don’t work, which is a bit of a letdown when you’re hoping to relax or watch something with friends. One thing I really wish they would add is a 24-hour help desk. There have been times when I’ve had a question or needed assistance late at night, and it would be great to have someone available at all hours. Overall, I do like living here it feels like home. But with a few small changes, it could be even better.
