I highly recommend the franklin commons community because the property managment and staff are amazing and very professional! The units are beautiful and spacious! All appliances are up to date and the property is well taken care of from maintenance to housekeeping that cleans the open hallways! The community is friendly, clean and quiet! Highly recommend!!! We love it here!

Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The apartments and grounds are lovely and the location in Franklin is convenient to two train stations as well as retail establishments and restaurants. The complex is perfect for families with children with lots of open space. All ages live here which is wonderful. Neighbors are friendly and people care about their neighbors.

Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The office staff is very easy to work with and care about the residents. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and take care of any issues. The grounds are well maintained and children have plenty of open space to play. People of all ages are residents and everyone is friendly. The location is very convenient for residents and the town has two train stations for Boston commuters or anyone headed to the Boston area for events etc. I highly… recommend Franklin Commons to anyone looking for a safe and lovely community.
