Apartments are beautiful, landscaping changed seasonally, maintenance and most office staff are great. Lacks a sense of community, grossly overpriced, many amenities are unavailable, grounds could be better kept. Overall lacks luxury feel

Walking into Loft 27 is impressive. The continued upgrades and the upkeep of the building are remarkable. We have lived here for almost seven years, and are very happy, not just an apartment it’s a home.
