Wonderful place!

I've resided at the Franco for over 2 years. It's by far one of the best apartment rentals that I've experienced. The units are beautifully designed. The building is kept very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Ample parking, great gym with all the basic necessities, and a great sunset view of the river and the Grotto. The building managers and staff are extremely nice and very attentive. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and very professional. I highly recommend!

Very happy here

We've been living here for two years now and it is the best apartment situation I've had -- and I've lived in a lot of apartments! The building is quiet and well-managed, and the units are really nice. Also, maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice place to live

So happy with the place I decided to review it…Having a knowledge of restoration and construction; the finish work, detail and style of these units are exactly what is advertised, exceptional. You rarely see buildings that market luxury hit the mark, this one does.

Above and Beyond

John and Chrissy are the kindest and most considerate apartment managers I’ve had. We have a very easy to use app to submit rent payments and maintenance requests. The maintenance technicians are personable and respectful and always get to our requests by the end of the week. I have lived here for almost 3 years now and plan on staying indefinitely. The community areas and halls are regularly cleaned and at a reasonable time I might add (there is no vacuuming and thumbing around at your door at… 5am) If you are looking for a quiet and friendly neighboring community with others in the building then this is the place!
