A dream turned nightmare

This was a nice place to live when I moved in. Now, it’s all rules that are impossible to follow for the sake of making it look nice on the outside. It became too hard to just LIVE. Things like being “pet-friendly” or trash and recycling became challenging while rules about the gym hours and keeping your parking space clear started getting posted everywhere. We got regular emails about new rules while requests we made for minor improvements went unheard.

Avoid this place.

Let's start off w the line good thing which was Scott the building manager. I'm not sore what was worse the smell of marijuana or the drug dealers in fancy cars that never left for work. The finishes used are cheap. I'm being charged for a crack in the plastic tub which was there and a toilet that was broken also. I routinely had to take the cover off to fix it. Kids ran the hallway with no supervision also. Then come to find out they were Air BNB apartments. Great strangers in and out after a… day here and there.

Finally home

Let me 1st start out by stating what a wonderful property. Management take such pride. It's a small property and I think that's what makes this work so well.

Brand new

Excellent apartment complex! Management keeps the place very clean. The grounds are immaculate. The apartments are brand new , and the fellow apartment renters do a great job with taking care of their pets.

Brand mew, amazing amenities and the best fitness center I’ve seen!

This property is everything I wanted it to be and more. Centrally located with easy access to rt. 1, there’s even a Starbucks within a 2 minute walk from my apartment!

Definitely worth checking out!
