Dishonest management looking to scam your deposit, AVOID!!!!!

Told by the management that they would charge $100-$200 for cleaning the apartment so no point to clean ourselves. Then the company took very blurring photos of dirty spots in the living room and charged $100 cleaning and $1,500 to REPLACE CARPET FOR THE ENTIRE apartment. They did not make attempt to clean but declare living room carpet was beyond cleaning (not true, just regular use no pets/kids). We asked why the bedrooms carpet was charged even when they are clean? Management said, cz they... are old and won't match the new carpet in the living room!

I read some other reviews elsewhere and it appears that the Combined Property would do anything to charge you. So do yourself a favor and pick another...plenty of apartments in this area.

OK

This apartment is OK. Like most places on Boston, you are overpaying for housing. Clean and new apartment complex. Fire alarm goes off all the time, forcing you to walk the stairs at 2:00 am. Carpet floors also not the best.
