    Dishonest management looking to scam your deposit, AVOID!!!!!

    Told by the management that they would charge $100-$200 for cleaning the apartment so no point to clean ourselves. Then the company took very blurring photos of dirty spots in the living room and charged $100 cleaning and $1,500 to REPLACE CARPET FOR THE ENTIRE apartment. They did not make attempt to clean but declare living room carpet was beyond cleaning (not true, just regular use no pets/kids). We asked why the bedrooms carpet was charged even when they are clean? Management said, cz they… are old and won't match the new carpet in the living room!

    I read some other reviews elsewhere and it appears that the Combined Property would do anything to charge you. So do yourself a favor and pick another...plenty of apartments in this area.
