Uninformed staff, trash everywhere that never gets picked up, mice in buildings, cockroaches, HORRIBLE office staff, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. 25 guest parking spots for 1000 cars. Takes weeks to get a response, and don’t even think about maintenance requests, those take close to a year! Moved in and had 15+ things wrong with an apartment and the manager Brenda, is useless. My application was rejected without a clear explanation. I was only told that the minimum property requirements were not met, with no specific details provided, despite no clear negative factors listed. Communication was unclear and important information was not properly explained. I recommend future applicants get everything in writing and ask very detailed questions upfront.

The buildings are infested with mice, and the management is severely lacking. I waited over five weeks for maintenance requests to be addressed. The security gates were nonfunctional for eight out of the twelve months I lived there, and the fob system was down for more than five months during that time. They ignore requests about mice, and the elevators are perpetually problematic—one elevator was out of service for three months. Once you sign a lease, they disregard you and become rude. Left the place in 6 months. Place is riddled with mice and cockroaches. Amenities are a joke as almost all of them are non-functional or available for specific time slots. Horrible management who only care about filling the apartments. They haven't even returned my deposit amount even after 60 days. You would be better off elsewhere even if it means paying a little extra.
