Altitude Apartments

All of the other reviews are accurate. I am counting down the days until my lease is up and I am actually debating if it is worth just sucking up a month of rent so I can leave. I have been towed multiple times - including my very first night here because management can't track parking and will issue multiple stickers for one place. And YES you will get towed!! Guest parking is a joke. 40 spaces for this huge complex and no overflow, despite all the empty spaces on the sides of the complex.
I... asked multiple questions before I moved in and was oversold and it has been under delivered. I am a body paying rent so the office doesn't care if I am happy or not. Beware of hidden fees that the leasing agent WONT mention but will show up in your monthly rent.
And, really, everyone else has mentioned mice. All I can say that it is a problem and it never gets resolved. Good luck if you decide to try it. The apartments are great- large, well laid out and surprisingly very quiet, and this place could be SO much better! Uninformed staff, trash everywhere that never gets picked up, mice in buildings, cockroaches, HORRIBLE office staff, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. 25 guest parking spots for 1000 cars. Takes weeks to get a response, and don’t even think about maintenance requests, those take close to a year! Moved in and had 15+ things wrong with an apartment and the manager Brenda, is useless. My application was rejected without a clear explanation. I was only told that the minimum property requirements were not met, with no specific details provided, despite no clear negative factors listed. Communication was unclear and important information was not properly explained. I recommend future applicants get everything in writing and ask very detailed questions upfront.

The buildings are infested with mice, and the management is severely lacking. I waited over five weeks for maintenance requests to be addressed. The security gates were nonfunctional for eight out of the twelve months I lived there, and the fob system was down for more than five months during that time. They ignore requests about mice, and the elevators are perpetually problematic—one elevator was out of service for three months. Once you sign a lease, they disregard you and become rude. Left the place in 6 months. Place is riddled with mice and cockroaches. Amenities are a joke as almost all of them are non-functional or available for specific time slots. Horrible management who only care about filling the apartments. They haven't even returned my deposit amount even after 60 days. You would be better off elsewhere even if it means paying a little extra.
