Don’t Live Here

DO NOT LIVE HERE or any Arrowpoint Properties!
We were left without AC for all of August and September with no updates or contact from management about when it would be fixed. Management NEVER returns your call and maintenance will just walk into your apartment after two quiet knocks that you can’t hear if you are away from the door. Also, every time they are in your apartment they leave dirt and mess from whatever they were working on. Swimming pool was never clean and often closed. They also… had my car towed from the parking spot I pay for every month with no warning. When trying to contact management they ignore all my calls and texts and are rarely in the office during office hours when you go to talk to them in person. This is only a few of the problems I have faced living in this apartment and under Arrowpoint Management. Please beware when you are considering leasing from them!

we love it! great place to live, close to everything, but really quiet. There is a field behind the 176 side that my dog loves to run around and play on.
