Good Place to Rent
We have lived here since February 2026, we have no kids and no pets and have a 2nd flr apartment. Our move was simple and leasing office communication was clear. The entire apartment complex is well maintained. They like to keep it looking nice. Inside apartments also well maintained. Maintainace requests could be done quicker but overall has been okay. Reality is its apartment living and there is always going to be loud noisy neighbors but our building so far very quite and we are all… respectful of others schedules. The one huge downside to this place is the lack of visitor parking. You really cant have guests over becuase the entire place offers maybe 10 spots and there is always someone parked in them.
