This is a great place to live I love it here! The property is clean. My neighbors are great and respectful. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have had no issues. The property manager and matinence are very respectful and considerate. I definitely recommend welby!

Been here a little over a month and this place is amazing! Its very clean and well maintained. Neigbors are friendly. My dog loves the dog park. The leasing office and maintenance are super quick and helpful. I highly recommend Welby. I love it here!

I lived at this property for 3 years with my elderly mother. It was a pleasant place to live. My neighbors were friendly, no problems. But then they changed management. They have no loyalty for long-term residents. Their only interest is to get as much money out of the apartments without making any actual improvements. They raised my rent $250 a month. I had to scramble to find a place to move to. They charge for everything from garbage pick up to parking places. They call themselves a luxury... apartment. They have no amenities like a workout room or clubhouse or even a washer/dryer in the apartments. The coin-operated washers are in the hallway and don't spin out properly because the plumbing is not maintained. the windows are held closed by screws and are single windowpane. The bathroom in my apartment was from the '80s with one huge mirror and cheap pressed wood vanity. The tub didn't drain properly at all. They kept my deposit and even tried charging me extra. It took me an extra 5 days to get out and they are charging me an extra $1000 for that. They have no honor or integrity and will find a way to burn you. I moved here almost 4 months ago, and can not say enough wonderful things about living here. The property itself is surrounded by trees , leading to a nice, quiet environment. There are flowers, grills, picnic tables, and even hammocks to make it feel like you are in your own backyard. When in my apartment, I do not hear any outside noise from my neighbors, as each apartment is well insulated. The apartments themselves are in the process of being renovated into beautifully decorated "homes". ... There is a serene feeling with the walls being a gray tone and not stark white. Being able to go out on my balcony is an added plus, so I do not feel like I am confined inside all the time. Even though it is 750 sq ft (I came from a 3 bedroom house), there is plenty of room and storage and extra is available if needed. The best part of the whole living experience here at Welby Park is the staff. They are all very caring, understanding, and responsive to all our needs!
