A cozy living room features a comfortable couch and chair, a big-screen smart TV, and a fireplace. The full bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, a romantic sleeping loft with an en-suite half bath offers queen-size bed with 90-degree water views and stunning sunset vistas from the upper private deck.

Parties, events, or performing artists are not allowed at any time, and violations will result in eviction without refund. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
