No swimming pool and inconsiderate towards residents
From the outside, it appears to be a very good location. However, the management practices have been disappointing and inconsiderate toward residents.
For the past year, residents have been told that a swimming pool would be built. To date, no pool has been constructed, and there does not appear to be any clear timeline for when it will be completed.
Additionally, the snow removal process has been extremely inconsiderate, particularly toward elderly residents and individuals with disabilities.... When snow removal companies arrive, residents are instructed to move their cars so that the snow can be cleared. However, no alternative parking arrangements are provided. Residents are told not to keep their vehicles on the property, yet they are not informed where they should relocate them or how long the snow removal will take. In some cases, they are told to keep their cars elsewhere for the whole day.
It is difficult to understand how an elderly person or someone with limited mobility is expected to move their car in heavy snow and find an alternative location for the day without guidance or support.
