The entertainment room in the basement offers a game table, ping pong, and a space for movie nights. Each bed is topped with memory foam mattresses for a peaceful night's sleep. The patio area is equipped with outdoor furniture, an umbrella, and a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, grill range, and coffee maker. The main floor features a living area with a comfy couch, a non-functional decorative fireplace, and a TV. There is a main dining area and a kitchen dining area open for 4 people.

This home is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, shops, and vineyards. It's a 7-minute drive (2.7 miles) to InkWell Beach, an 11-minute drive (5.7 miles) to Martha’s Vineyard Airport, and a 9-minute drive (4.1 miles) to the Ferry. Martha's Vineyard Camp is 7 minutes away (2.5 miles), and Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a 10-minute drive (4.8 miles).
