Edgewood Apartments

I have lived here for the past three years and consider these apartments to be a wonderful place to live. The location is ideal for anywhere I want to go and living across from a plaza that offers easy access to Target and Stop and Shop provides even more convenience. We have lived here for past 2 years. During this time, we had absolute worst living experience of our lives. Previous to this, we have rented at other places and never had such an experience. Absolutely bad building structure and yet worse management staff. If you are a working individual like us, please stay away from this property. As the the management people will drive you nuts with their "so called" protocols, which they themselves contradict. The building structured is poorly built, where… the floors squeak (despite it being a new structure). The management has a "so-called" protocol to follow up on only written complain they get without verifying the truth to either of the complaints. Then they contradict their own protocol by bothering the tenants on the verbal complaints. The management staff is rude, disrespectful, and targeting to certain tenants. I would get out as soon as possible and advise my fellow searchers to not fall into their trap.

I have lived at the Edgewood apartments for 2 years. In those 2 years the grounds and buildings have always been kept very clean. Maintenance had always been extremely helpful and fast to respond for any problem, though few and far between I had. The Office staff is always friendly and will to help with any questions I had when I first moved in. I highly recommend these apartments.

This apartment is conveniently located to both 95 and 495 and there is so much do to around here! The new Plainridge casino is practically across the street, there's a target, stop and shop and restaurants right there and then if you want to take a "drive" Patriot Place is only a couple miles down the road.

The apartments themselves are new.. only a couple years old. There's a clubhouse, gym and pool. The downside is that the pool isn't very big and its usually crowded with kids, they also… don't let pets in the pool area so we are reluctant to go.

They do allow cats/dogs which is nice, no breed restriction but they do restrict size.. no big dogs here! I like that they have bag stations for the dogs with a trash can, but I do wish they had a fenced in area that some of the dogs could play..

Overall, the apartments are nice, they're big, new, and have nice amenities such as in unit laundry and granite counter tops. We enjoy living here and will probably stay until we buy a house! Read More
