The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room were furnished and decorated in 2020 and include hardwood floors, brand new and very comfortable memory foam mattresses, a large 60" smart TV with access to streaming services, a large comfortable sofa and coffee table, dining table and chairs, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron and ironing board, and private in-unit laundry. The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter and cabinet space, a sink, stainless refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives and cutting board, pots and pans, glasses, flat-wear and utensils, and is stocked with coffee, tea, filtered water, food and snacks. Both bathrooms are clean and comfortable, including large rain-head showers, vanities, commodes, storage, and are stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and a hair drier. The main bathroom has a tub. The apartment has its own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in the summer. There is also a shared patio and backyard including a grill and outdoor furniture.

Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the beach, you are within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. North Quincy is a nice, quiet, and very safe neighborhood made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, businesses, and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close by, less than a 10-minute walk. There is a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer, wine, liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts, and a playground. You can easily access this apartment by car or public transportation. It is a 15-minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line, which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. It is close to highway 93, which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, TD Garden is 15 minutes, Fenway park is 25 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes, and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.
Quiet time is from 10pm-8am, and guests should be respectful of neighbors and other guests. Visitors are welcome, but only booked guests may stay overnight. Smoking is not allowed inside; a $500 fee will be charged for violations, but smoking is permitted outside. Unauthorized late check-out after 11am will incur a fee of $75 per hour. Guests who cause damage will be charged the cost of repairs. Guests who fail to follow house rules may be asked to leave without refund.
