I was a tenant for 6 years and I'm glad I am out of there. If you have kids trust me STAY away from this place. also the $300 electric bill and avg $100-150 water bill though I worked out of state in CT most of the time was just a joke.

This place is disgusting

Highpoint is a friendly community peacefully located on one of the highest points in Quincy, MA offering surprising privacy and many great views of the Boston skyline.

Highpoint offers great ammenities to include a gym, pool, function room to include pool tables/table tennis, a nice outdoor space with fire-pit and built in grills and plenty of seating. It also includes a shuttle service during rush hour to take you to and from the Quincy Center Redline stop. Extremely convenient for commuters… . It is also less than a mile to Quincy Center offering lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, a nice city-like atmosphere outside of the city but close enough to get to downtown Boston in just a few minutes.

The apartment is very roomy and has been furnished with stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer/dryer. Master includes walk-in closet and on-suite.

I've been here for 8 months now. The apts are large, well equiped, and well maintained. Maintenance is quick and curtious. All staff I have met and interacted with are very nice and helpful. I have never felt unsafe, and the residents are all very welcoming. The shuttle is great for getting to and from the T on work days, and there is a bus that runs about 1/hr on week days. The Quincy Center T is about 1.5 miles, and the Quincy Adams T is about 2 miles away with a garage. From the moment you enter the complex, you'll love the place. Landscaping is beautiful and you feel like entering to a resort in Quincy. The common areas are very well maintained and management is very approachable and helpful if you have requests, questions or concerns.

There is a shuttle bus that takes you to Quincy center station every 10-15 minutes which allows you to go to work in Boston without the need to be 1 hour in traffic in I-93. It only works from Monday to Friday from 6:30am to… 8:30am and 5:30pm to 7:30pm, therefore you still would need to have a car since public transportation only operates from Monday to Friday every hour between 6am and 7pm.

It allows pets and there are a plenty of dogs in the complex. There is even a dog park if you want your pet to play a little bit.

One last thing that I really like is the fact that management hosts events every 3-4 months for neighborghs to meet each other and the staff.
