Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Services

We moved into this apartment building in September 2020 and so far our experience has been nothing but great! Everything is new and clean about this building since it was finished in 2020. It is located in a very good and safe neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, and bars around are all nice and lovely. Redline station is only 5 minutes walk away. Management is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy that we chose to move into One Chestnut Place.
Btw, we love the high-tech washer/dryer combo… machines in the apartment so much!

Love this building!

I have been living at One Chestnut Place since September and couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic, so many different places to walk to. The view from the higher floors is incredible and it’s so quiet here! I never have to deal with noisy neighbors and the building is always super clean! The garage parking that is included in rent is sooo convenient and nice!

Stunning

My apartment is gorgeous, the location is great and the staff who work here are all so kind. I looked around a lot before making the decision on One Chestnut and I’m so glad that I did. I love having the underground parking too — such a huge plus.

Good Service

One Chestnut Place provides good service for residents. They have a garage parking lot and classified mailboxes. Besides, They're friendly to pets!

The best in the area

I’ve moved to one chestnut place two months ago and i love every single day living at this place! My apartment is so comfortable and cozy, I love spending time here watching the sunset and the city. The management is so friendly and helpful. I definitely love this place!
