Ascend to the 3rd floor to find a great living room with 2 seating areas, another big screen smart TV, a kitchenette/wet bar, and a private workspace with a desk. The 3rd floor also houses 2 more bedrooms and the other full bathroom.
The chef will love the stainless steel appliances, french-door fridge, 5-burner gas range, and bar seating overlooking the cooking center. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, with custom design elements like hand burnished walnut shelves and sleek lighting. The home features beautifully redone hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and a blender. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars in tandem. For family-friendly accommodations, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Broom & Board is located on a quiet side street, yet mere moments from the hubbub of Salem. Many attractions and the center of Haunted Happenings are just a couple of blocks away. A neighborhood beach is just 5 minutes away, and Salem Willows, with its city pier, dining options, and entertainment, is a short walk from the home. Salem is a historic coastal city, rich in New England history and culture, with numerous attractions like the House of the Seven Gables, Salem State University, and the Peabody Essex Museum.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM on weekdays and 11PM and 8AM on weekends. No parties or events are allowed at any time, and violations are grounds for eviction with no refund. Window air conditioning units are installed in May and removed in September.
