We are 1F & 2M looking for a 4th & 5th housemate for a Aug/Sep move in to join us in our 9 room, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo.

Available Bedroom 1:
$900/month,... 3rd floor bedroom. 11’ x 12’ with a cathedral ceiling, two tall south facing windows, a skylight window, a double wide wardrobe closet. The room can come either empty or furnished.

Total move in cost is $2700. (first + last month's rent + security deposit). The utilities average about $70 per month per person (electricity, heat/ac and internet).

Available Bedroom 2:
$1200/month, 3rd floor bedroom. 13’ x 15’ with a cathedral ceiling, sliding door, east facing, a skylight window, a wide walk in closet. Private balcony deck, 8’ x 18’. The room can come either empty or furnished.

Total move in cost is $3600. (first + last month's rent + security deposit). The utilities average about $70 per month per person (electricity, heat/ac and internet).

We’ve lived here quite a while and really enjoy the comfort and energy of our home. We are open minded, easy going and independent and all of us are pretty busy with work and personal activities. We regularly make time to hang and get a meal together. The house is on the quiet side as we generally do our partying away from home. Friends and out of town visitors are welcome.

We share house chores (cleaning, taking out the garbage paying bills). We tend to keep the house clean and tidy. We are respectful of each other and are open communicators. We don’t support passive aggressive behavior or substance abuse. We are looking for a mature housemate of a similar mindset to join us.

The house is well maintained and has lots of amenities. Hardwood floors, Persian rugs, plants and art. It is sunny and spacious with modern conveniences in an older house. The gas range has two ovens and six burners. Two full sized refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer. Plenty of space in the living and dining rooms to socialize, watch tv or read a book.

The four season porch is a comfortable space in both summer and winter. It also doubles as a cozy spare/guest bedroom. We have a full bathrooms on each floor. The shower water pressure is good and the hot water never runs out. Every bedroom has independent heating and cooling controls. There is indoor bike parking on the ground floor. Street parking for cars is easy with a local Somerville parking permit.
