Awful staff ,Poorly maintained building , OVER PRICES.

Not what I expected at all , pictures on the internet are a LIE. If you ever go for a tour pay attention to the building on the outside also the neighborhood is awful and some of the apartments face an abandoned ugly building . Very over priced and the office staff are rude and very unprofessional they also will tell you if you write a review you will receive a gift card. Unpleasant experience!

Never live here

We had no choice but to leave after how we were treated and my wife was argued with by staff countless times. The money you pay isn’t worth the dump.

Not what I expected.

Just moved in and it’s not at all like the photos online. They leave out a lot of the dumpy parts of the building. There is a terrible mold smell in the elevator that is constantly shaking and scary to ride in. I don’t always get my mail or packages. it’s in dire need of repairs. Cracks in bathroom tile, poor construction in bathroom. It’s also in a big crime area. Please think before moving here.

I chose park st because the location is beyond convenient

I chose Park Street Lofts because of the amazing spaces they’ve created. The location is fantastic and convenient. Bella made the process super easy and great to work with.
