While the rent is relatively affordable compared to current market rates, the noise level made my living experience very difficult. The walls, floors, and ceilings provide almost no sound insulation, and every creak, crack, and footstep from upstairs carried directly into my unit. This often happened late at night and early in the morning, making it extremely hard to get restful sleep. The constant disruption caused a major loss of peace and comfort throughout my lease.

During my time here,… management changed twice, and the support provided felt inconsistent and unhelpful. Requests and concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective manner, which added to the frustration of living in this community. The property and units also lacked regular cleaning and upkeep, leaving the overall environment feeling poorly maintained.

There are a few positives: parking is unrestricted, the heating system works very well in the winter, and there is a laundrymat located conveniently down the road.

Overall, though, the negatives outweighed the positives for me. While the lower rent might seem attractive at first, the trade-offs in quality, comfort, and management reliability are significant. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise considering other options. Read More
