Fantastic property for young working professionals

Was a resident at Charlesbank Estates in Waltham, MA for over 2 years and had nothing but great memories! 24/7 on call maintenance staff was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet place and calm neighborhood for young working professionals. Outdoor pool during the summer was also a huge perk. Spacious units and couldn't have asked for a better apartment community complex. Upkeep of the grounds was perfection and communication with all tenants was top tier. I would highly recommend and… had a wonderful experience the entire time I was a resident at Charlesbank Estates!
