The house is on a quiet, leafy side street in a friendly,... safe neighborhood 10 or 15 mins walk from Watertown Sq. Nice park and tennis/ basketball courts a few blocks away. Lots of character and nice detail throughout the house. The apartment has a large open plan living room with gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom (no -that's not open plan..) plus an enclosed sun porch at the rear overlooking the garden (yes there's an enclosed garden with lawn and flowerbeds..). The 2 bedrooms on level 1 are medium size, with closets, and level 2 has a large master bed, plus 2 additional rooms (could be home offices etc) if needed there is extra space for storage in the semi-converted basement. The apartment is available for Sept 1st, and we prefer the lease period to be annual from Sept 1. to Aug 31.
