Disappointed!

I applied for a 1 bedroom at The Apartments at Coolidge School in Watertown over two months ago and never heard a single thing back about my application.
I don't understand why they bother
to advertise these apartments and provide applications if they don't intend to follow up.
Needless to say I chose to look elsewhere.

Looks good, poor on details

I’ve lived here for a number of years. The building and individual apartments are almost adequately cared for but getting things repaired is an ongoing struggle with management. All work is done to minimum stanads and simple things like repairs to appliances can thane months or more. Whatever needs attention on the day you move in will still require it the day you move out.
