Terrible unhelpful management, awful build quality, windows leak in tons of cold air, rain, wind, and noise, the hallways are unkempt, and the whole place is falling apart.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have lived here since the beginning. I absolutely love where I live it is an exquisite place the units are gorgeous the landlord is the best he stays on top of all issues very timely and he is great if you look at what places are out there you will never find a better place and landlord

Do you want to be woken up every morning at 5 am? Well you’re in luck! The residents here love to start slamming on their floors for no reason and screaming at 5 in the morning. The management does absolutely nothing to address noise complaints and wants you to call the police instead. There is no insulation so you can hear other families screaming at each other late into the night and slamming doors all night long. This place is far from luxury I can tell you that

This place is mostly standard in terms of quality, but you can tell they cheaped out on materials. The windows are single pane glass with literally ZERO insulation. You can hear every single sound from outside. The property is next to a daycare, so you will hear children screaming all morning long. Then you will hear every single conversation people have outside in detail.

Worst of all, every morning at 4:30 AM in the spring, you will be greeted to a chorus of bird screams that will wake you... up at progressively earlier times each day and disrupt your entire sleep schedule.
