Having to find a GREAT place to reside is, lets be honest, HARD ! When I found 92 on NM, I assumed I would get the same type of treatment as I had previously..RENTERS DON'T MATTER ! I was so wrong to say the least. I moved in to a brand new unit..AWESOME. What I found was across the hall from me was a tenant that , lets just say, didn't have the same appreciation in having a brand new place to live. Without going into any details, Julie immediately addressed my concerns, validated my accusations... and swiftly put an end to my issue..DONE. Then went beyond what she was required to and offered to relocate me to another unit for free. I didn't but just to have that offered made me feel very supported by the management. Julie also exceeded my expectations and certainly changed my opinion. The maintenance guys are awesome. I rarely needed them and usually if I did, it was for minor annoyance type of issues. Never once was I made to feel as if I was bothering them. ALWAYS a smile , polite, clean and courteous. Again, changed my opinion.If I were still renting, I would have never left. I left ONLY due to purchasing my own home but I fondly remember my time here and am very grateful to this wonderful staff and property. THANK YOU !!
