Great place and easy accessibility

I have lived here for 4 years, this is a very very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Maintenance response is timely and great location. You can walk to the Dedham Mall and easy to access many great locations.

Worst place to be

Features:
- Roaches
- Rats
- Nasty smell in hallways
- 3 washers/dryers for 50+ apartments
- 1 broken elevator & 1 that is going to break while you are inside
- Broken locks for years - your uninvited guests can come and go anytime
- Unresponsive management - 5 property managers changed in a year, good sign
- Windows with no insulation and heat with no control, you will be always either too hot or too cold
- Nice ambient music 24/7 - squeaky floors, trembling pipes, screaming neighbors
And the… list goes on...

horrible place to live

A nice place to live NO I Think Not
Rats and Bugs in the apartment
Needles all over the place
Trash left in the lobby for days on end
The Stench from the Dumpster is horrid
A Rude and Nasty Building Manager who makes you feel uncomfortable whenever you see him
The Laundry room has machines that have not worked in years.
Mold and mildew evident.

Management terrible

I have been trying to get in touch, for a rental. There were three apartments available and the manager never answered the phone.
And then after a week trying to contact, with a salary of 10000$ a month she said we didnt qualify for the apartment

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

This place is so poorly managed and the units have mice and roaches. There is no common areas outside of the property as there is barely enough space to park your car.
The windows are old and drafty and the building has lots of drug dealers and noisy neighbors. I wouldn't live here if you paid me to.
It was the worst experience of my life! Run for the hills and safe yourself a lot of grief!!! I wish someone had given me this review before I got locked into a years lease. Thank goodness I am… finally free to the mayhem!!!
