Don’t take care of property

Place looked nice when my family moved in, only to find that they did the “landlord special” for painting the walls. There is patchy cover up on the walls when they repaired holes. The bathroom “vent” doesn’t vent anywhere nor does it really do anything so I’m constantly cleaning up mold that grows in there. The stairways smell musty and like cigarettes. Cars are always parking in the handicap spots without a permit or in the firelane but when you call the tow company they say tell management… and management does nothing about it. The outside of the property looks like it’s been abandoned with plants overtaking the yard and court that’s in the back. When some tenants started cleaning it they closed it down. And with cars flying around the parking lot it leaves minimal area for kids and teen's to safely ride their bikes scooter or run around. They have washers and dryers that are coin operated that frequently break down, and you have to pay to wash your clothes multiple times just to get them clean. The dryers take a minimum of 2 hrs to dry barely damp clothes. Leaving me still going to a laundromat to wash anyway. Maintenance workers are friendly but when they’ve come to repair things it looks like they are half passing or or genuinely don’t know what they are doing. And that’s after waiting months for them to show up.

Just amazing!

I recently moved to this apartment and I am very happy! It was completely remodeled and both the kitchen and the bathroom are to die for! Maitty, my agent, made this process comfortable and was very diligent with all the documentation and I got settled within one week. I am very grateful to her. This apartment, although is not cheap, it is worth it!

FAST PROCESS UPDATED AND FRIENDLY

This apartment was an absolute perfect fit for me! I came across this beautifully updated place and immediately contacted Madison Square Reality. I was connected with an amazing young woman Maitty who made my process quick easy and stress free. Being pressed for time made this even more of an amazing experience for me! Maitty scheduled for me to view the place and gave me an application, she then followed up with everything else that I needed. Maitty understood my tight time frame and made sure… everything went smoothly. The apartment is all updated and exactly how I wanted it, maintaince made sure any little issues were fixed right on the spot or with a quick phone call. The new laundry rooms are also amazing! I am so happy for finding this place and being connected with Maitty for a great and smooth experience.

Fantastic

Very fantastic apartment. The manager of property Harry was quick and answer all the question I was having. He was always there for me throughout the whole process. Very nice person and very nice luxury apartment in a very safe and quiet friendly area. Brand new everything.
