Before I moved here I wish I had the review that I am about to leave. This place is extremely overpriced! Maintenance takes forever to fix things (having to reach out because they forget), the smell from the neighbors come over into your apartment (the weed and cigs it was awful) we had a water problem where we were only getting hot water when we moved and since they didn’t fix that right they had to come back months later and finally pay for a plumber to come out which should have been done the... first time. Mind you I have kids so this experience was awful, the bathtub was leaking to the first floor and they never came back to fix the ceiling even after promising me they would, the icing to the cake for me was when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen and nothing was done about that. All someone has to tell me about a apartment is that there’s mice and I’m out of there. And the garbage fills up to quick which sucks because of the mess it causes.


Plus here’s the kick. They will not give me back my deposit. On 7/31 I let the landlord know that I emptied out the apartment and that I just needed to give her the keys. We went back after the first and saw lights on (meaning they went into the apartment without the key) then the landlord made us aware that we were able to drop the keys off at a box on 8/5!!!!!!!!! Knowing about a box prior the keys would’ve been dropped off on 7/31!!! So now they will not give us our deposit back. They suck and hopefully you won’t make the mistake of living here. Read More
