I recently moved into this apartment and have had a good experience so far. The unit was freshly painted upon move-in. All of the appliances are in excellent condition and work perfectly. What really stands out is how accessible and responsive the staff is-they are easy to reach and very helpful whenever questions come up. Overall, I'm happy with my new home and would definitely recommend this apartment community.

Maintenance Team
Anytime I need the maintenance team for a service call. They are very respectful and they do a great job. I’ve never had a problem they come right out when you need them. I have a great team here.

I love it here and its a great area to raise my son
Not only are the apartments top notch as well as the landscaping, but the maintenance is on point as well as the office staff. I have lived here for coming up on 3years and I have zero complaints my son loves it here the schools are amazing. We both have made amazing friends in the community as well. I also get along with all our neighbors. Everything is so convenient and close I've been able to make everything still go round even with out having a license until now, the bus stops right at... the bottom of the complex or a short walk. One of the best choices I've ever made has been moving into Queen Annes.

Everything is Through a Third Party Service
I tried to apply for literal months, using this website, their website, and calling at least 3 different numbers. I was told that properties were available in my price range, I'd leave my information, the (obviously third party) service would tell me they'd put me in touch with the managing property and then I'd hear absolutely nothing. I even drove over at one point and instead of a leasing office there was a number posted on the door that routed me right back through the third-party service... that promised I'd get a contact back from the actual property. (Spoiler: I have never spoken to anyone who actually works at this place.) It's not a working system at this point.
