Anytime I need the maintenance team for a service call. They are very respectful and they do a great job. I’ve never had a problem they come right out when you need them. I have a great team here.

This is the worst company to deal with the management team is very rude and does not care about people at all only sect8 is what they care about

Not only are the apartments top notch as well as the landscaping, but the maintenance is on point as well as the office staff. I have lived here for coming up on 3years and I have zero complaints my son loves it here the schools are amazing. We both have made amazing friends in the community as well. I also get along with all our neighbors. Everything is so convenient and close I've been able to make everything still go round even with out having a license until now, the bus stops right at... the bottom of the complex or a short walk. I tried to apply for literal months, using this website, their website, and calling at least 3 different numbers. I was told that properties were available in my price range, I'd leave my information, the (obviously third party) service would tell me they'd put me in touch with the managing property and then I'd hear absolutely nothing. I even drove over at one point and instead of a leasing office there was a number posted on the door that routed me right back through the third-party service... that promised I'd get a contact back from the actual property. Kimeu was very attentive and kind during our process of leasing as soon as I applied he called me within an hour to tell me how the process would go and we did a live tour on face time. We signed the lease online. I would highly recommend giving them a chance best experience I have had yet with a leasing agent and company. Thank you!
