Weymouth Place

I’ve been a resident at Weymouth Place for nearly a year now and it’s been so great! Michelle, the property manager, is outstanding! She’s very down-to-earth, kind, and very helpful and easy to reach. Premises are always kept clean and well-maintained. Super convenient location with grocery stores, pharmacies and department stores nearby and quick access to the highway.

I have lived at Weymouth Place for going on three years in building 590. One of the most important things for me is how you are treated by managment, and i have to say that any time there has been an issue wether it be a broken air conditioner or any other issues I have had, that dealing with Mischelle in the office as been worry free, she is always kind and repectful and the issue is taken care of in a timley manner. I would recommend moving here if you are looking for an apartment.

Much older building no elevator at all, got to climb 3 flights of stairs on a daily basis, and a lot of children and dogs. Convenient location to Rte 3, Route 53 and Route 18 and wonderful parks, beaches and shopping.

Probably the best thing about thus property is the location. I lived in the high-rise for 11 years. During that time, there were several improvements to the outside property,but minimal upgrades to the interior of the building. There is one small elevator that is frequently and consistently out of service - sometimes for a day or longer. We were told for over 2 years that plans were in the works for elevator repairs,but that never happened. The water is frequently shut off for hours at a… time because the plumbing is old and outdated. ?? lead pipes?? The property managers on-site tried to be helpful but were hindered by "management". I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income, but my rent went up $50.00 a year even though management knew my situation and I would request a lesser rent increase.
