Poor Management & Unauthorized Entry

I experienced an incident where maintenance staff entered my apartment during a scheduled preventative maintenance visit without my prior awareness of the entry. While management later explained there had been an issue with communication preferences and apologized for the situation, the experience left me uncomfortable and concerned about notification procedures for occupied units.

My concern is not with maintenance itself, but with the apparent lack of reliable advance notice for apartment… entry. I believe clearer and more consistent communication methods — such as posted notices, text messages, or confirmed delivery of entry notifications — would help residents feel informed and secure.

I encourage prospective tenants to ask management about their maintenance entry notification policies and preferred communication methods to ensure expectations are clearly understood.

1. No ceiling light in both living room and bedroom. Poor lighting.
2. Compared to physical key/fob/card, the Latch access system is not as convenient and has privacy risk.
3. The forced ventilation blows cool air even when AC is set to heat. The heating itself works, but the ventilation runs in parallel and blows cool air regardless of AC setting.
4. Garage gate responds slowly. A narrow gate, a hill, and a sharp turn make a bad combination.

Convenience to highways and Anderson station is a very big draw. With amenities of Market Basket, TJ Maxx, quality restaurants in Woburn Village along with Target, Dispensary, Liquor store, Starbucks etx. a minute walk away its true resort living. Next level would be completion of restaurant which seems to be going very slow.

Everyone that comes to visit feels its like living in a hotel. Most of staff is fantastic! Very clean!
