Great community with a bunch of amenities. The staff is also very welcoming and made the move in process seamless. Right off the interstate makes commute to Boston easy.

1. No ceiling light in both living room and bedroom. Poor lighting.
2. Compared to physical key/fob/card, the Latch access system is not as convenient and has privacy risk.
3. The forced ventilation blows cool air even when AC is set to heat. The heating itself works, but the ventilation runs in parallel and blows cool air regardless of AC setting.
4. Garage gate responds slowly. A narrow gate, a hill, and a sharp turn make a bad combination.

Convenience to highways and Anderson station is a very big draw. With amenities of Market Basket, TJ Maxx, quality restaurants in Woburn Village along with Target, Dispensary, Liquor store, Starbucks etx. a minute walk away its true resort living. Next level would be completion of restaurant which seems to be going very slow.

Everyone that comes to visit feels its like living in a hotel. Most of staff is fantastic! Very clean!

We noticed some broken parts in the unit that need to be fixed. The maintenance staff Brian got it fixed on the same day and came back to finish some other repairment early morning the next day. We are super happy with the quick turn.
