No pool, parking is cramped, no closet space, cheap finishes
The advertisement here on the app is a lie: there is no swimming pool. The parking garage is extremely cramped, the stalls are way too narrow/small. The apartments have no linen closets, no medicine cabinets, no kitchen pantry, and the closet doors have no handles so you need to be a wizard to open the very heavy doors (they used to be barn doors). The finishes are cheap: vertical blinds are just embarrassing at this price point. The walls are paper thin, and the floors are ice cold. Can’t wait... to leave.

Don’t even think about it
Honestly, one of the dirtiest buildings I’ve ever lived in. Common areas are constantly filthy and clearly neglected. Management is careless, dismissive, and treats tenants with zero respect or consideration. You really feel like nobody cares as long as they get paid.
Not a pleasant place to live. Would not recommend

Stay away from!!!!
Absolutely do not move into this building. You can hear everything your neighbors do — from early morning to late at night. Dogs constantly bark from balconies, and it gets to a point where daily life feels unbearable.
Since new management took over, everything got worse. We filed complaints about two Dobermans from a restricted breed, but nothing was done. The dogs — and the risk — are still here. It’s clear the management doesn’t care.
The previous management allowed some flexibility —... residents could store items on their balconies or in their parking spots. Now? Nothing. They patrol balconies and parking like it’s a prison. You’re not allowed to leave anything without written approval. It’s petty and exhausting.
The building itself is cheaply built. Appliances are terrible — my washing machine often can’t clean clothes even after 2–3 cycles. The pet wash station has been out of soap for months.
To top it off, when we requested parking, they gave us a pass instantly. But when we asked to cancel it, they demanded a 30-day notice — another way to take your money.
And when we finally managed to get out of this place, they stole money from our security deposit. After spending several hours thoroughly cleaning the apartment ourselves, they charged us for completely minor, insignificant “dirt” — things that clearly fall under normal wear and tear. It was nothing more than an excuse to keep our money.
I’ve been trying to leave this place for months. I’m battling cancer with a baby, and I can’t live like this. No peace, no support, no compassion. Avoid this building at all costs.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience living in this building. The appliances are cheap and constantly malfunction. There’s trash left in the hallways, and dogs barking on balconies make it hard to enjoy any peace and quiet.
The construction is terrible — I can hear my neighbors from both above and below. The new management is unprofessional and doesn’t respond to residents’ concerns.
The gym looks modern, but it’s basically useless. The cardio machines (like treadmills and spin bikes) rely... on a subscription for programs, and the building no longer provides it, so nothing works.
To make things worse, you’re not even allowed to put anything on your own balcony.
