Aberdeen Proving Ground on Post Housing

We've really enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, gated, and secure — a big peace-of-mind factor, especially for families. The location on post at APG is hard to beat: you're close to everything, and grocery shopping and other errands are just a short drive away.

Maintenance has been one of the best parts. Requests get handled quickly and the team is professional and easy to work with.

The value is excellent. Nearly everything is included in your rent — trash, electricity, and water —... so there are no surprise bills each month. The only utility you'll need to set up on your own is cable and internet. There's also a pool for residents, which has been great during the summer.

Pets are welcome, though I'd recommend checking on breed restrictions before you move in.

The documentation process was simple and quick. They have promptly responded to multiple service requests. Highly recommend if you work at APG.
