Do your research
Beautiful property, but the overall experience has declined significantly since 2024. Frequent police presence, inconsiderate residents, thin walls, unreliable appliances, and shared utility costs are concerning. Despite the attractive appearance, the community does not consistently feel like a luxury development. Prospective tenants should carefully evaluate conditions before signing.
