The community is nice. Management is attentive to needs and maintenance is on time and helpful. Management is sometimes hard to reach but never for very long. Apartments themselves are clean and relatively up to date, not the fanciest place in the world but is an overall nice and comfortable place to live!

Good neighbors, great environment, apartment quality is as expected for its age. Snow removal could have been better coordinated as well as salt schedule/coverage.

Honestly not a bad place to go for if you’re down on your luck and need a quick spot to move in to. Neighbors aren’t too bad. May take a couple maintenance requests but they’ll get it fixed eventually. Not luxury, but I don’t think they claim to be. So no harm, no foul. I will say, a big selling point is the “fire pit” you can use at any time. But it’s just a little propane fire place that never works.
