Spa Cove - close to nature

The apartments are spacious. They're right by nature with walking paths, and having the water taxi to downtown is a great perk. The office team is super friendly and always quick to address any issues

Mice and roaches oh my

I give them a 1 rating right now with issues with mice and roaches it’s disgusting

Don't walk, run!

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The cockroach problem is widespread and although the exterminator came many times, the issue NEVER got solved! Management doesn't care if people leave food out or don't take out the trash.

The walls are paper thin, lighting is bad, neighbors are rude and ignorant.

Perfect location

Having had low expectations when we moved in, Spa Cove has set the bar high. From wonderful staff who are never too busy to help, and nice facilities that are clean and user friendly. To the perfect location tucked away so it’s quiet yet close enough you can walk to the water or drive 10 minutes to downtown. Not to mention the spacious and clean upgraded apartments. Highly recommended.

NEW MANAGEMENT ROCKS

I have been a tenant since last August and was going to move out when my lease is up. But since the new management came in March - wow what a difference already! Maintenance is quick and super friendly, and the ladies in the office - love them! Perfect location on the water and great amenities. Will be renewing for sure.
