While a peaceful experience is strived for, city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water or elevator servicing may occasionally occur; these events are outside of control and do not qualify for compensation. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited, and only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only; please message with pet details before booking, as building regulations may not accommodate all pets. Unapproved pets are not permitted, and if approved, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking, with any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning deducted after checkout. Guests must vacate the unit and return all issued keys or access devices by the agreed check-out time. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item. Violation of these rules may result in charges, forfeiture of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
