This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, please be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur.
