Two cats live here. For that reason no other pets are allowed. Cats are friendly and chill.
Lease is actually 3 month minimum and then month to month with a 60 day notice required before leaving. Perfect for someone new to the city, grad students, visiting nurses.
Central air/heat. Full carpeting. Small back yard/patio with garden.
Safe, walkable area with retail nearby. Free street parking with $20/permit. Friendly and diverse neighborhood.
Not a good choice if you enjoy loud music or drama. No smoking indoors. Our house is a peaceful and respectful home.
