You'll be living with one roommate and one cat who is an absolute sweetheart. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed as while the cat loves people, she hates other animals. The cat does not scratch furniture or people and if you're working from home she will constantly come visit you and help you work.

About me, I'm a 34yo single guy who lives pretty quietly through the week. I do play the guitar and sing in the impromptu music room in the basement a couple times a week after work or on weekends but am considerate when it comes to when I play and will keep the door closed to help mute the sound.

Stepping into the house is a large mudroom leading to the half bath, basement entrance, and furnished living room. On the main floor is also the newly renovated kitchen with expansive cabinets and pantry with new-ish appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, rice cooker, coffee bar, and range hood that vents to outside.

Bedroom has a large closet and can fit a Queen bed. Dimensions available upon request. Outside of the bedroom is your usable spacious office at the top of the stairs to the second floor if you work from home or need a desk space. Down the hallway leads to your own private newly renovated bathroom. Past that is the master bedroom/bathroom.

Laundry is located in the basement along with two wet sinks, workbench, storage and AC/water heater.
