The 3rd floor provides gorgeous views of downtown Baltimore and overlooks multiple leafy trees. It's also the perfect place for a roof garden. Access to the roof by metal staircase is perfect for fireworks watching.

The house is one block from the lovely and historic Union Square Park! The park features a fountain, spring house, and many benches and is the site of monthly concerts from May-September, as well as weekly gatherings for kids and summer movies. The neighborhood of Union Square has an active association that meets monthly and hosts diverse events from Union Square Soiree concerts to Progressive dinners, house parties and the Union Square Cookie Tour! It's a friendly area to live and there's no end to the activities you can get involved in.

One block away is Clay Pots, a non-profit space that provides free acupuncture and meditation and also a new playground and splash pad. Closeby are several community gardens.
