Your new home - Shared kitchen, shared living area, shared roof top deck, and shared washer dryer. Free street parking, security cameras inside and outside the property (included with rent), electronic front door lock, smart fridge, wine refrigerator, no smoking, no dogs and cats are welcomed.
You will be sharing the house with a young couple and their 7 year old son. The family will reside upstairs on the top level. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of space, responsible, and consistent. We do require an application; however, we will accept tenants regardless of rental history or credit score. Application is required $55 + $300 security deposit.
