Dont be fooled by the pictures, like me!
I've lived here less than a year and there have been 4 property managers. The biggest issues is that you hear absolutely everything in the apartment above and beneath you. Every footstep, every conversation, every television, every toilet flush like literally everything! There is no peace or privacy. Its unfortunate because the apartments are nice and spacious. I also thought the area was decent until my car was burglarized and management did not care what so ever. In fact the first thing they... assumed was that it was someone I knew. This has not been a pleasant experience living here at Brook Court. I do NOT recommend it.
