Worse Experience EVER!

This is my first apartment and so far the worse experience ever! I’ve been here two weeks and I’m already ready to pack up and leave. Within the first week I had to bomb my entire place for roaches. Yes I spotted three adult roaches my first week. I have to wait two weeks for pest control. I have to wait two weeks for pest control. My front door looked as if it was kicked in and all they did was change the locks, it opened by itself if I didn’t use all three locks. Getting in touch with the… rental office is next to impossible unless you email them. They never told me I had to pay a $40 fee for my mailbox key AND I had to go through the post office to get it. The building smells like years of cigarettes use and liquor. I moved my stove out and it was filthy behind it. I found old cat food, a pack of cigarettes, spoons and other items from previous renters. That tells me they never did a deep cleaning or looked over the apartment before moved in. I feel very uncomfortable and disgusted living here.

Don’t Do It

Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Leasing office doesn’t answer the phone. Apartment building smells like smoke all the time and the ROACHES. The complex should be condemned.

Resident for 10 years

I have lived here at Carlyle for 10 plus. They have been bad time and they have been good times. one of the reasons why I am still here. The Maintenance team might take a little to get things done but they get it done. the office staff are great. Anything you may need they always find ways to help you. I will recommend my famaily to move here.

Just Terrible!

I just moved here a month ago, and its roach/mice infested, needs extermination. Also the neighbors steal here. They stole wallets & laundry cards here. Also needs plumbing fixed. I can see the ceilings have pretty big dents in them about the sizes of beds, and could possibly fall at any time. I would not advice investing into this property.

Just moved in here a day ago ! And there are bed bugs everywhere plus mice infestation !!! Not a good place to live at all .
