5 Years Stay

Been Living at Chapel Valley for 5 years. Very quiet neighborhood. Great parking. Management are always friendly and willing to help out in any way. Maintenance is always on top of any problems that occur. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great County Living

Chapel Valley Townhomes is the best place for clean relaxing living. I have lived here for 11 years and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Use to be Perry Hall's best kept secret but not anymore. I tell everyone about this community. Great for raising kids and fun for kids. Lease Associates know their stuff and are very professional as is the Service Technicians.
